‘The Way It Should Be’
the new video created by Stone and Wood Brewing Company in their Spiritual home of Byron Bay.

Highlighting a slow pace of life in a creative coastal town famed for its beach culture and plentiful surf.
You can see how this trio of lads are pretty buzzed since they quit ‘working for the man’ & got back to basics handcrafting Ales on the beautiful shores of the Northern Rivers of NSW.

We applaud the ethos of the Stone and Wood team, whose keen interest in their local community includes grassroots support to causes and charities. Their INGRAINED Community Initiative is set up to provide donations, volunteering, partnerships and fundraising.

One such recent extension of support was to DOUBLE BARREL FILM PREMIERE in February. Double Barrel : a  surf film documentary, creating awareness of the plight of a small surf town; Lobitos in Peru.
Their documentary was premiered for the first time in Australia, at Stone & Wood Brewery. Byron Bay is the home of Director Angie Davis and her creative team Switch Board Media.
The film is a fundraiser aimed towards turning an oil-dominated village into a sustainable eco-surf village, protecting Peru’s world-class surf breaks and working with the local community.
A cause that ticked all the boxes for Stone and Wood, who provided a KARMA KEG to get the night rolling.

Handsome Citizens were there for the beautiful coming together of the community, whom all piled into the Brewery, with standing room only, to witness the efforts of Switch Board Media’s creation. A dream realised on the big screen to a sell out crowd of over 300 people.

Local businesses Harvest and Sparrow Coffee Co were proud sponsors of the event. Harvest fed the hungry crowd, donating all proceeds to the Marine Protection Plan in Lobitos via Double Barrel.

Stone and Wood ask you to remember : Save the Earth, We’re the only planet with beer!
